Architecture that holds quiet consequence.
A new Mumbai practice launching in 2026 with two residences — considered in proportion, restrained in ornament, and built to outlast their moment.
A new practice. Considered first.
Baymont was founded in 2026 to build a different kind of Mumbai residence — fewer projects, longer briefs, and partners on site through to handover. Our first two buildings launch this year in Andheri East and Kandivali West.
Construction is delivered with trusted contractors — Shree Krishna Developers at Silver Springs, and Urvi Construction with Navkarmik Infra at Shiv Vardaan. The brief is ours. The build, theirs.
Two residences, two intentions.
One completed in Andheri East, one ongoing in Kandivali West. The full dossier — floorplates, specifications, and pricing — is shared on enquiry.
Four principles we don't negotiate.
We sign one contract a year. Sometimes none. The discipline of refusing the wrong projects is what allows the right ones to be made properly.
Considered first
Every brief is drawn for a specific family and a specific lot. No template repeats — the work is the record.
Quietly engineered
Engineered with Navkarmik Infra to the IS:1893 seismic standard plus thirty percent, with an independent structural audit before handover.
Materials that age
Kota stone, lime plaster, and FSC-sourced teak. Specifications written for fifty years, not five.
One partner, one project
Each residence is led from sketch to handover by a single founding partner — the same person you meet on day one.
Begin a conversation.
A partner will respond within two business days. We meet prospective residents at the Andheri East site office or by video, by appointment.
