Baymont was founded in 2026 to build a different kind of Mumbai residence — fewer projects, longer briefs, and partners on site through to handover. Our first two buildings launch this year in Andheri East and Kandivali West.
Construction is delivered in partnership with trusted contractors — Shree Krishna Developers at Silver Springs (Andheri East), and Urvi Construction with Navkarmik Infra at Shiv Vardaan (Kandivali West). The brief is ours. The build, theirs. The result is the record.

We sign one contract a year. Sometimes none. The discipline of refusing the wrong projects is what allows the right ones to be made properly. These four ideas govern every decision we make between the first site visit and the day we hand you a key.
